2. Responsible for defining new product packaging styles and design solutions, promoting the smooth implementation of packaging design solutions.
3. Understand and track industry and competitor design trends, organize competitor packaging designs, and conduct relevant comparative analysis.
4. Have research on craftsmanship and packaging, be able to independently complete the full-link execution of complex projects, ensure the reliability and feasibility of solutions, possess aesthetic cognition, and have good aesthetic judgment.
5. Based on product positioning and demand analysis, independently complete logo design, VI design, packaging design, and other tasks.
6. Responsible for defining elements such as color, material, excellent typography design, patterns, and logos for packaging design, ensuring the design reflects the brand image and product characteristics.
7. Familiar with printing processes, packaging, and carton structures, while considering costs and the feasibility of packaging design in actual production, and being able to fully communicate with suppliers to ensure the accurate implementation of design solutions.
1. Majoring in graphic design, art design, or other design-related fields, Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of relevant packaging design experience. Experience in new consumer, fast-moving consumer goods, or large toy companies is preferred.
2. Possess rich imagination and innovation ability, strong aesthetic and color perception, and unique insights into brand design.
3. Have a high aesthetic level, strong logical thinking, and the ability to drive projects through effective design expression.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD/Illustrator/Photoshop and other related design software.
5. Have a sense of responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to identify problems and coordinate internal and external resources to solve them.
6. A personal portfolio is required.
