Job Description
The IC R&D Engineer will be involved in the development and verification of integrated circuit products. Responsibilities include analog circuit design, digital logic design, full chip mixed-signal verification, high-speed analog/mixed-signal custom IC layout, and product validation, including post-silicon validation and debugging. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience in IC design, verification, layout, and validation.
Must Have:
- Analog circuit design and verification.
- Digital logic design, Verilog coding, synthesis, and verification.
- Full chip analog or digital mixed signal verification.
- Layout of high-speed, high-performance analog/mixed-signal ICs.
- Product validation, including post-silicon planning, execution, and debugging.
- Bachelor's degree +8 years in analog/mixed signal IC design.
- Master's degree +6 years in analog/mixed signal IC design.
- PhD +3 years in analog/mixed signal IC design.
- Proficiency in English.
Job Description:
The candidate will be involved in IC product development and verification which could include one or more of the following areas:
- Analog circuit design from architecture to transistor level, post extraction verification and design modifications to meet requirements
- Digital logic design, verilog coding, logic synthesis, both RTL and gate level verification, formal verification and static timing analysis as well as place and routing.
- Full chip analog or digital mixed signal verification
- Layout high speed, high performance analog/mixed-signal custom integrated circuits
- Product validation including post silicon validation planning, execution, and post silicon issue debugging
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) +8 years of analog/mixed signal IC design, verification, layout and validation experience or
- Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) +6 years of analog/mixed signal IC design, verification, layout and validation experience or
- PhD in Electrical Engineering (or related field) +3 years of analog/mixed signal IC design, verification, layout and validation experience
- Proficiency in English
