Submarine, a leading production studio in Amsterdam and Antwerp, seeks an ICT/AV Support Employee for its Amsterdam office. This role is the first point of contact for technical queries, responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting workstations. You'll work closely with the studio planner, ensuring hardware and software are in top condition, and actively support new employee onboarding in a creative environment.

Must Have:

First-line ICT support for colleagues.
Moving, installing, and connecting hardware (workstations, Cintiqs, monitors).
Setting up workstations for new or relocated employees.
Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of equipment.
Installing software on workstations and laptops.
Maintaining ICT and audiovisual technical equipment.
Active support for new employee onboarding.
Close collaboration with the studio planner and acting as backup.

ICT/AV Support Employee (36 – 40 hours per week)

Submarine is a leading production studio with branches in Amsterdam and Antwerp. We produce films, documentaries, animation series, games, and interactive productions in collaboration with renowned partners such as VPRO, ZDF, ARTE, and Channel 4.

For our office in Amsterdam, we are looking for an ICT/AV Support Employee on short notice.

Are you someone who knows how to get things done, is technically skilled, and enjoys working in a creative environment? Then this is your chance! We are looking for an ICT/AV support employee who will form the backbone of our daily studio operations.

What will you do?

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for technical questions and will assist with the setup, maintenance, and support of our workstations. You will work closely with the studio planner and ensure that both hardware and software are in top condition. A small selection of tasks:

First-line ICT support: you help your colleagues with technical problems
Moving, installing, and connecting hardware such as workstations, Cintiqs, monitors, etc.
Setting up workstations for new or relocated employees
Ensuring an up-to-date inventory: you keep track of what is where, who uses what, and what is in stock.
Installing software on workstations and laptops according to our standards
Maintenance of ICT and audiovisual technical equipment: regularly checking, testing, and cleaning hardware, cabling, connection points, and peripherals.
Active support during the onboarding of new employees
Close collaboration with the studio planner and acting as backup when needed.
