1. Responsible for promotion and operation of the PC+console shooting game in China, formulating promotion strategies for pre-order and launch periods, and coordinating with global versions for long-term operation promotion planning;
2. Responsible for creative planning and execution of promotional materials, PR, internet cafes, offline events, etc., to improve product pre-order and new user acquisition;
3. Formulate phased promotion plans based on local needs for the Chinese server, promote the production of in-game activities and resources, and coordinate with global versions as much as possible;
4. Collaborate with multiple overseas and domestic teams to ensure efficient information flow and consistent global IP operation tone.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in promotion and operation for shooting games, PC game experience preferred;
2. Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of various marketing promotion methods, able to formulate effective creative solutions based on product characteristics and distribution strategies, and have relevant experience and resources to help implement them;
3. Unique insights into the market ecosystem operations related to original IPs, globally distributed games, and Steam games, capable of creatively promoting deep linkage of channels, content, communities, and other modules;
4. Passion for shooting games and deep understanding of the domestic shooting market.
1. Being an opinion leader or content creator in shooting games;
2. Ability to work in English or other foreign languages.
