2. Complete high-quality next-gen character models, organize resources, verify engine integration, and follow up on effects;
3. Produce commercial content for global markets (characters/skins/weapons/mounts, etc.);
4. Collaborate with other modules to complete the entire process for characters and skins;
5. Review and iterate on the art output of subsidiaries/outsourcing, continuously producing commercial resources.
1. Proficient in next-gen aesthetic face modeling, strong learning ability, research related makeup, and produce different styles of faces;
2. Experience in next-gen character clothing production, better understanding of engine materials, and continuous attempts to improve quality;
3. Art major related, 5+ years of character-related production experience;
4. Excellent aesthetic ability, able to identify and improve problems in a timely manner;
5. Proficient in using UE engine, completing and verifying performance effects;
6. Love for the game industry, strong sense of responsibility, high work commitment, and ability to cooperate with the team to complete tasks.
