Job Description

This role at Bosch India involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects according to Bosch internal standards (MA-PEP and MA Project Management), as well as conducting application trials at customer locations. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, managing budgets, interacting with cross-functional teams, and performing engine and vehicle level testing. The Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager will also act as a liaison between customers and the plant during product development and ensure project audits.
Good To Have:
  • Competent in Requirements Management and stages of a project lifecycle.
  • Competent in IC Engines and various vehicle applications (Diesel and Gasoline).
  • Basic knowledge in Emission Norms and regulations (Bharath Stage, Euro Union Norms).
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
Must Have:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects as per Bosch internal standards (MA-PEP and MA Project Management).
  • Conduct application trials at customer locations.
  • Define project scope, goals, and objectives.
  • Create detailed project plans and ensure regular updates.
  • Monitor project and product budgets, including utilization and approvals.
  • Conduct engine and vehicle level testing at customer locations for OE Projects.
  • Prepare detailed application reports.
  • Act as a bridge between customer and plant during product development.
  • Review and coordinate project budget requirements (MAE, Development) and product cost.
  • Ensure project audits from external/internal auditors.
  • Coordinate and release Engineering Change requests.
  • BTech/BE in Mechanical/Production/Automobile engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Project Management & Application.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects as per Bosch internal standards (MA-PEP and MA Project Management) and application trials at customer location.

Key responsibilities :

Defining project scope, goals, and objectives, creating a detailed project plan, ensure regular project update and delivery as per agreement.

Regular Interaction with cross functional team, Project milestone reviews.

Monitoring project and product budget, Regular approvals for project budget utilisation and monitoring.

Conduct engine and vehicle level testing at the customer location for OE Projects team, to prepare a detailed application report.

Act as bridge between customer and plant for all communications during development phase of the product.

Review and cordinate project Budget requirement (MAE, Development) and Product cost.

Ensure project audits from external / Internal auditors.

Engineering Change request coordination and release.

Qualifications

BTech/BE in Mechanical /Production / Automobile engineering

2-5 years of experience in Project Management & Application

Additional Information

Competent in Requirements Management and stages of a project lifecycle

Competent in IC Engines and various vehicle applications specifically Diesel and Gasoline applications

Basic knowledge in Emission Norms and regulations (Bharath Stage, Euro Union Norms)

Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software to plan, execute, and Manage projects effectively.
