At PwC, this role focuses on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients, transforming raw data into actionable insights. The position involves conducting process mining, designing and implementing intelligent process automation, robotic process automation, and digital workflow solutions to achieve operational efficiencies. As part of the Agentic AI team, the Senior Associate will design end-to-end agentic AI solutions, working with various customers across multiple domains.

Must Have

• Analyze current supply chain processes (S2C, D2P, O2C) to identify bottlenecks and areas ripe for Intelligent Automation (RPA, AI/ML, etc.).
• Liaise effectively with business stakeholders across the supply chain to gather detailed requirements and document them clearly.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for the automation development team.
• Define clear metrics for measuring the success and ROI of implemented automation solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically focused on process automation projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes in the Retail and/or Consumer Goods industry.
• Expertise in the Source to Contract, Demand to Pay, and Order to Cash value streams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills.

Job Description & Summary

A career within our Agentic AI team will provide the opportunity to design end-to-end agentic AI solutions. You’ll work with various customers and exposure to multiple domains as part of the role

Responsibilities

• Analyze current supply chain processes (S2C, D2P, O2C) to identify bottlenecks and areas ripe for Intelligent Automation (RPA, AI/ML, etc.).

• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout the automation lifecycle. Sr. Associate: Lead small teams, own sub-modules, mentor juniors. Manager: Own Ends to end Requirements, engage with senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically focused on process automation projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes in the Retail and/or Consumer Goods industry.
• Expertise in the Source to Contract, Demand to Pay, and Order to Cash value streams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
