Job Summary
As a Business Systems Analysis Manager, you will develop scalable futuristic architecture to address new business models, business challenges and help drive digital transformation. You will analyze internal processes, data, and problems, and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities by using new and emerging digital and cloud technologies. You will provide architectural solutions/design across applications, act as a strategic partner to the business, and implement new features in a collaborative environment.
Must Have
- Provide architectural solutions / design across applications.

- Demonstrate business knowledge & expertise to identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Conduct solution reviews, user demos and walkthroughs.
- Deliver training and support to business users.
- 7+ years of IT or relevant experience.
- Familiar with requirements tracking, backlog grooming, requirements prioritization processes.
- Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies.
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Your Impact
As a Business Systems Analysis Manager, you will develop scalable futuristic architecture to address new business models, business challenges and help drive digital transformation. You will analyze internal processes, data, and problems, and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities by using new & emerging digital and cloud technologies.
You are a team member who leads by example, holds self-accountable for performance, takes complete ownership on all aspects of customer and project initiatives. You should be able to think creatively to find the optimal solution to problems and always be ready to learn modern technology , tools, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural solutions / design across applications by analyzing the customer needs, current business processes and systems.
- Be a strategic partner to the business with deep understanding of their processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business system’s needs.
- Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, and software engineers.
- Demonstrate business knowledge & expertise to identify areas of improvement and create procedures to improve the existing systems and processes.
- Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, adhering to the defined processes, and implementing solutions that support business needs.
- Conduct solution reviews, user demos and walkthroughs with the business partners and engineering teams.
- Deliver training and support to business users.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT or relevant experience with a BS degree or equivalent.
- Familiar with requirements tracking, backlog grooming, requirements prioritization processes across multiple IT/Business partners.
- Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
