Job Summary
Cisco IT is seeking a Snowflake & ERP Software Engineer to transform the supply chain through technology. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications, developing and enhancing supply chain modules, and ensuring seamless integration of processes. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, develop ETL data pipelines, build reports, and provide technical support for ERP & Snowflake solutions, contributing to data-driven decisions and operational agility.
Must Have
- Collaborate with business architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain ETL data pipelines, build reports and dashboards.
- Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable integrations.
- Provide ongoing technical support for ERP & Snowflake, troubleshooting production issues.
- Manage and lead discussions in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience with strong command of Snowflake, data warehouse concepts, data modelling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PL/SQL and scripting language.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodology.
Good to Have
- Ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications using tools like Oracle JDeveloper, ADF, BI Publisher, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Expertise in various Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including ERP, SCM, and CX.
- Solid grasp of core business processes in areas such as finance and supply chain management.
- Fluency in designing and developing AI enabled enterprise applications.
- Programming language experience in Java, Python.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with business architects and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain ETL data pipelines, build reports and dashboards.
- Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable integrations.
- Provide ongoing technical support for ERP & Snowflake including troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing timely resolutions.
- Manage and lead discussions in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions, integrations, and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience with strong command of Snowflake, data warehouse concepts, data modelling, and ETL processes. Proficiency in programming languages such as and PL/SQL and scripting language.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications using tools like Oracle JDeveloper, ADF (Application Development Framework), BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows.
- Expertise in various Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM (Supply Chain Management), and CX (Customer Experience).
- A solid grasp of core business processes in areas such as finance and supply chain management to effectively align technical solutions with business needs.
- Fluency in designing and developing AI enabled enterprise applications.
