Must Have

  • 7+ years of enterprise account sales experience
  • Proven track record of engaging and negotiating with CxO-level management
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese
  • Ability to proactively drive initiatives and manage tasks effectively
  • Deepen trusted relationships with CxO-level executives
  • Achieve sales targets through licenses, support, and services
  • Utilize account planning and territory mapping for strategic sales
  • Successfully negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (inside sales, sales engineers, customer success)
  • Cooperate with product management and marketing for customer feedback
