Must Have

• Design and build AI-driven automation workflows using machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and natural language processing.
• Develop end-to-end automation pipelines integrating AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and RPA platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Deploy solutions in production environments, ensuring reliability, security, and performance optimization.
• Ensure AI solutions are compliant with data privacy regulations, internal security standards, and ethical AI practices.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Experience building business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI projections.
• Excellent critical thinking and the ability to simplify complex problems.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Design & Development

• Design and build AI-driven automation workflows using tools such as machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and natural language processing.
• Develop end-to-end automation pipelines integrating AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and RPA platforms.
• Evaluate and customize AI tools and frameworks to address specific business needs.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, fine-tuning, and validation.

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Quantify impact and develop ROI models to prioritize automation initiatives.
• Redesign processes to leverage AI capabilities while ensuring scalability and sustainability.

Deployment & Integration

• Deploy solutions in production environments, ensuring reliability, security, and performance optimization.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with internal systems (ERP, CRM, workflow tools) and external services.
• Monitor and maintain automated systems, implementing improvements as needed.

Governance, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure AI solutions are compliant with data privacy regulations, internal security standards, and ethical AI practices.
• Implement evaluation metrics, monitoring dashboards, and ongoing model quality checks.
• Document workflows, model behavior, system architecture, and change logs.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with data teams, engineers, and business units to drive automation initiatives.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and discovery meetings to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with AI/ML tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, vector databases).
• Strong understanding of LLM operations, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.
• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and workflow orchestration.
