We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Concentrix. This role involves partnering with global technology leaders, focusing on professional growth and community. As part of Concentrix's B2B Sales Services Division, you will work in an engaging and entrepreneurial remote team, dedicated to client success. The position requires ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving escalated issues, achieving revenue quotas, and managing client accounts to meet operational and growth goals.
Must Have
- 4+ years working in sales or account management
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Previous experience with sales and customer experience
- Enthusiasm for new technology
- MS Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar Client Relationship Management tool
- Experience making decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data; evaluate all consequences
- Experience providing and implementing solutions when needed
- Ensure client's customers are satisfied and resolve escalated issues
- Achieve revenue-based quotas
- Evaluate customer needs and propose solutions
- Be a single contact for client's customers
- Use data to fix customer concerns/roadblocks
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections
- Work with multiple partners, building relationships with decision-makers
- Manage sales territory and achieve monthly quotas
- Negotiate in tough situations
- Identify risk and barriers to success; develop contingency plans
- Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales
- Use data to help influence buying/renewal process
- Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
