Job Summary
This Senior Associate role at PwC's Advisory team focuses on Mining, IGT, EU&R. The position involves providing consulting services related to climate change mitigation, adaptation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy solutions within the mining sector. Responsibilities include managing bid and transaction advisory services, ensuring compliance with mining lease policies, assisting in policy framework preparation, and developing corporate vision plans for mining and metals players in India, covering exploration, mining, processing, smelting, and marketing.
Must Have
- Full-time BE (Mining) with at least 10 years of experience
- Successfully managed, coordinated, and completed tasks related to Bid Advisory Services and Transaction Advisory Services
- Knowledge of Mining Lease and its compliance
- Well conversant with policy aspects in conformity with prevailing policies and guidelines in India
- Assisted in preparation of policy framework, roadmap for implementation, corporate vision plan for various mining & metals players in India
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for various activities of Coal/Metal Mining Operations for various states
- Familiarity with MS Office viz: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
