Incubation Engineering Program Manager

As an Incubation Engineering Program Manager, your responsibilities include driving project definition, managing resources, establishing milestones and timelines in an early concept environment characterized by significant uncertainty. You will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional communication across technology, product, and design organizations, ensuring project support and prioritization. You will also foster project and team progress by actively championing goals, bridging communication gaps, aligning incentives, and influencing decision-making. Furthermore, you will provide focus and clarity when needed, support early phase investigations by defining goals, planning prototypes, and guiding nascent concepts into actionable activities. Constant proactive risk management, and effective communication of status and issues to the development team and Apple executives are essential. Strong presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to understand complex technical topics and translate key issues and risks into actionable information for executive management, are required.
