Job Summary
Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Index Client Services Analyst to join its Global Index Group in London. This role involves supporting global market participants and institutional partners who utilize Nasdaq indexes and products. The analyst will act as a technical liaison, resolve client issues, define business requirements, and contribute to improving the client experience. The position requires a strong understanding of financial markets and products, excellent communication, and at least two years of relevant experience.
Must Have
- Support clients who utilize Nasdaq indexes and corresponding products
- Support institutional partners who disseminate Nasdaq indexes through their platforms
- Act as technical liaisons between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring that our clients' expectations and KPIs are met
- Work with clients and partners to define business and system requirements, implementing processes to streamline interactions whenever possible
- Identify the escalation point for unresolved production support issues and participate in analysis and resolution on behalf of the business
- Analyze, communicate, and raise client concerns or requirements as they relate to Nasdaq product offerings to leadership
- Work with the global Index Client Services team on various ongoing initiatives to improve the client experience
Good to Have
- Experience working in the market data industry
- Knowledge and understanding of equity indices and financial data
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or related tool
- Proficiency with Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira, or related tools

Nasdaq calculates thousands of indexes that are utilized across numerous investment vehicles globally, including our flagship Nasdaq-100, thematic exposures, quantitative strategies, ESG, and nascent markets.
Our Index Client Services team supports market participants around the world and is the first point of contact for our valued clients. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and strive to continually develop and improve the client experience, setting our products and services apart in the market.
We are looking for Senior Index Client Services Analyst to join our growing team and support some of the largest financial institutions globally. As a Senior Index Client Services Analyst, you will:
- Support clients who utilize Nasdaq indexes and corresponding products
- Support institutional partners who disseminate Nasdaq indexes through their platforms
- Act as technical liaisons between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring that our clients' expectations and KPIs are met
- Work with clients and partners to define business and system requirements, implementing processes to streamline interactions whenever possible
- Identify the escalation point for unresolved production support issues and participate in analysis and resolution on behalf of the business
- Analyze, communicate, and raise client concerns or requirements as they relate to Nasdaq product offerings to leadership
- Work with the global Index Client Services team on various ongoing initiatives to improve the client experience
What You’ll Bring
- Intellectual curiosity, and an interest in financial markets and investments
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- An understanding of financial products, Indexes and ETFs
- At least 2 years of experience working in the financial services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Strong customer service and client facing skills
- Great organizational and project management skills
Nice To Have
- Experience working in the market data industry

This position will be located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
