Job Summary

As an Industrial Engineer, your role is to provide project management for engineering changes and annual model changes, while ensuring project performance. Responsibilities include setting the engineering level with SC for each project phase, ensuring the implementation and monitoring of engineering changes, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders. You will also develop and monitor change files, maintain and verify material and time calculation files in SAP, define and monitor investments for engineering changes, and update wire and tube lengths for cabling. The role requires editing splice configuration documents and ensuring internal control of technical documentation.

Must Have

  • Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar industrial position
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication in English

Description:

As a Industrial Engineer your role is to provide project management for engineering changes and annual model changes, while ensuring project performance

Among you role :

  • Set the Engineering Level with SC for each project phase

  • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of engineering changes

  • Ensure proper planning of engineering change introductions and perfect coordination between the various internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop and monitor change files according to the defined standard

  • Maintain up-to-date material and time calculation files in SAP, with periodic verification – edit 5 Whys in case of deviation

  • Define the investments required for the various engineering changes and new models and ensure budget monitoring

  • Define and update wire and tube lengths for cabling

  • Edit splice configuration documents

  • Ensure internal control of technical documentation

Your background :

  • Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing;)

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in ndustry

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Good verbal and written communication in English
