Project / role / missions description

To advance our vision of industry, technology, and community in the world of Industry 4.0, we are looking for an Industry 4.0 Engineer (M/F) to join our team. You will work in close collaboration with the Industry 4.0 Project Manager and the 4.0 management.

• Participate in developing project plans and schedules in conjunction with the program manager
• Monitor project progress, update indicators, organize and lead meetings
• Describe use cases for digital solutions in line with industry standards
• Write and maintain documentation related to I4.0 solutions in accordance with best practices
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions and monitor emerging technologies
• Strengthen relationships with production sites and contribute to the development of a deployment methodology
• Lead change management actions and promote adoption of solutions through clear communication

Your profile

Do you want to actively contribute to the digital transformation of industrial sites?

Do you have a Bac+5 degree or equivalent in the fields of manufacturing, industrialization, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or automation, and do you already have initial project management experience in an Industry 4.0 environment?

You master:

• Content management and collaborative tools (SharePoint, JIRA, MS Teams, PowerPoint)
• Project management methodologies in industrial environments
• Industry 4.0 concepts and standards
