As Executive Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our commercial organisation, combining your technical expertise in life sciences with strategic sales acumen to drive growth across the DACH region, specifically the Germany - East district. You will be a trusted partner to our customers, cultivating relationships and delivering tailored solutions that align with their needs and our mission to unlock the power of the genome. You will collaborate closely with field sales, service contracts, and specialist teams, and be part of a dynamic, high-performing environment where innovation and customer success go hand in hand.
Must have:
  • Manage the full sales cycle for German-speaking customers, from prospecting to closing
  • Conduct outreach via phone and email, with occasional field visits
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Build deep knowledge of customer organisations, including decision-makers, budgets, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and grow accounts through strategic networking and relationship-building
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account details in CRM
  • Provide reliable sales forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Work cross-functionally with field sales, specialists, and service teams
  • Coordinate internal resources to resolve customer queries and finalise offers
  • Expect approximately 10% travel across the region

Key Responsibilities Include

Customer Engagement & Sales Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle for German-speaking customers, from prospecting to closing
