Job Description

  • You support the planning, organization, and execution of events.
  • You obtain offers and coordinate with trades and partners.
  • You plan and coordinate appointments.
  • You create presentations and concepts.
  • You conduct event-specific research.
  • You perform general office tasks.

Qualifications

  • You must complete a 6-month mandatory internship as part of a study or vocational training in the field or with a focus on events, media, marketing, or tourism.
  • You have initial experience in event management.
  • You are communicative and have a strong service and customer-oriented thinking and behavior.
  • You can work independently and show initiative.
  • You appear competent, confident, and reliable.
  • You show a high level of commitment and flexibility in working hours/deployment planning as well as willingness to travel.
  • You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You have good MS-Office skills.

  • An internship compensation: You will receive EUR 1,060.00 gross per month for your internship.
