Purpose of Position
As a Key Account Partnership Manager, you will be the driving force behind important publisher-specific topics for our Key Accounts – our strategically most important customers. With your flair for successful partnerships, you quickly create a trusting and advisory atmosphere. Your goal: identify potential, implement innovative (commercial) opportunities, and promote sustainable growth for our affiliate programs.
This position is limited to 1 year.
Key Tasks
- Proactive and independent consulting of strategic customers to promote sustainable business development and achieve target KPIs for the advertiser
- Building a strong relationship with customers and publishers with the aim of establishing Awin as a relevant partner
- Creating reports and providing performance & benchmark analyses for the customer
- Coordination and management of customer-related budgets
- Expansion of existing and new cooperations in the affiliate program, as well as upselling existing Awin tools that serve to optimize the partner program
- Support internal project initiatives within the framework of our OKRs (Objective, Key Results)
- Participation in industry & networking events
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the online/performance marketing industry in a customer environment
- Strong focus on quality as well as strong customer orientation and service readiness
- Reliable escalation and conflict management even with more complex challenges
- Solid sales techniques and strong persuasiveness
- Creative thinking to bring in new ideas and drive customer development
- Analytical skills and initial technical understanding of tracking topics
- Very good communication skills in German and English
