What you will move with us:

• You keep an overview of the further developments of our products and are responsible for the roadmap, requirements management and prioritization of the backlog.
• You work closely with agile development and UX/UI teams and ensure that products are developed in a data-driven and user-centric manner.
• You manage product requirements and play a decisive role in the planning, implementation and monitoring of product initiatives.
• You ensure that product development corresponds to strategic goals.
• You continuously analyze market trends, user needs and the competitive landscape to identify new product ideas.
• You ensure transparency towards stakeholders and communicate progress clearly and structured.

What you bring:

• You have sound experience as a Product Manager in the digital environment.
• You combine a high interest in content with an analytical and methodologically sound view on user needs, solution finding and implementation.
• You think entrepreneurially and make decisions based on business goals and user value.
• Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working characterize you.
• You are familiar with agile methods and working in cross-functional teams.
• In collaboration with stakeholders, you convince with clear communication, negotiation skills and tact.
• You have business fluent German and fluent English skills.
