What you will do with us:

• Operate complex supply and security infrastructures in the building control centers to ensure smooth and safe operation.
• Identify, analyze, and rectify malfunctions in safety, building, electrical, fire, and supply technology systems.
• Monitor and optimize the parameters of all control and regulation systems of building automation.
• Commission and manage external service providers and service companies.
• Document and process maintenance, repair, and upkeep operations.

What you bring:

• You have successfully completed vocational training as an MSR technician, electrician, or in a comparable profession.
• You apply your sound knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology safely and responsibly.
• Experience in building automation as well as in energy and supply technology (sanitary, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration technology) is an advantage.
• High service orientation and willingness to work in shifts characterize you.
• You are proficient in handling CAFM and TGA systems, as well as in using MS Office programs.
• You show commitment, initiative, and joy in taking responsibility for new topics.
