The Territory Account Sales Executive in the Design and Manufacturing Industry is responsible for expanding new business and renewals in important accounts to exceed KPIs like Renewal Rate, new revenue growth, and total revenue growth. This role involves managing a sales quota, meeting quarterly and annual targets through up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling. You will collaborate with Autodesk Partner Management, Channel Partners, Business Development, Technical Sales, Marketing, Product Specialists, and Customer Success. Key responsibilities include generating new business, managing renewals, preparing business plans, developing executive relationships, ensuring value delivery, managing the sales process, forecasting, demonstrating sales hygiene, partnering with channels, providing customer feedback, and acting as a trusted advisor.
Must Have:- Generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts.
- Manage renewals in key accounts.
- Evaluate and prepare business plans for each assigned account.
- Develop important relationships within the account including important Executives.
- Ensure the Autodesk team delivers Value to the Account(s).
- Manage accounts through entire sales process.
- Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business.
- Demonstrate sales hygiene consistently.
- Partner collaboratively with channel partners.
- Reach out and provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry and strategic marketing teams.
- Be a Trusted Advisor for customers.
- Help customers and us develop success reference stories.
- 10-12 years experience in Sales to Mid-Market / Large Customers.
- Successful B2B sales experience in the Design and Manufacturing Industry.
- Previous experience selling IT solution for Business Transformation.
