Job Summary
The Inside Channel Sales Manager at Veeam is responsible for aligning, enabling, and driving the performance of partners within their assigned territory. This role involves understanding Veeam's go-to-market strategy, articulating solution business value, collaborating with internal sales teams and partners, and achieving revenue targets. Key activities include developing executive-level relationships with resellers, distributors, and OEMs, executing territory growth plans, and recruiting, training, and enabling channel partners across various business segments.
Must Have
- Thorough understanding of Veeam’s solutions and how to articulate their business value to partners and customers
- Experience in Technology Sales, Channel/Partner Management, and/or Channel Sales
- Collaborate with inside/field sales team and partners, selling products and services via telephone
- Achieve revenue targets and goals for the territory
- Develop executive-level relationships, sales and technical relationships within resellers (VARs), distributors, and key Alliance OEMs
- Collaborate with Sales team in the development and execution of territory plan(s)
- Recruit, train and enable Channel partners (VARs and distributors) with a focus on run rate business
- Work closely with Veeam Territory Managers, Inside Account Managers and Channel partners on closing all Deals
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services with or through Channel Partner ecosystems
- Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to present to groups

- Sales experience in relevant industries of backup, cloud, data center
- Ability to pick up new technology concepts
- Analytical thinker with proven ability to metric and govern
- Experience with Veeam Alliance Partners

About the Role
The Inside Channel/Partner Manager is responsible for the alignment, enablement, and performance of the partners in their territory. Understanding Veeam’s go-to-market (Sales Segmentation) and where there are synergies with the Partners to obtain more opportunity for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Thorough understanding of Veeam’s solutions and how to articulate their business value to partners and customers.
- Inside Partner Manager should also have some Technology Sales, Channel/Partner Management, and/or Channel Sales experience.
- The Inside Partner Manager collaborates with our inside/field sales team and partners, selling the company's products and services within an assigned territory via the telephone.
- May utilize e-mail and other electronic sales techniques in support of the calling effort.
- Achieving revenue targets and goals for the territory.
- The Inside Partner Manager must develop executive-level relationships, sales and technical relationships within the resellers (VARs), distributors, and key Alliance OEMs within the territory.
- Collaboration with Sales team in the development and execution of territory plan(s) for territory growth, enablement and alignment, and engagement plan with partner ecosystem.
- Recruiting, training and enabling Channel partners (VARs and distributors) with the focus on all aspects of run rate business (SMB / Commercial / SLED/ Enterprise).
- Working closely with Veeam Territory Managers, Inside Account Managers and Channel partners on closing all Deals within the territory, as required.

What You’ll Bring
