The company is seeking a Vice President of Sales Operations to drive operational excellence, enhance sales performance, and boost productivity across its global sales organization. This strategic leadership role involves developing sales strategies, leading annual planning, optimizing sales tech, delivering actionable insights, and improving sales processes, collaborating closely with sales leadership and support teams in Ireland and the US.
Must Have:
  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead annual sales planning including forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting.
  • Scale the Sales Ops department by fostering strong internal relationships and driving positive change.
  • Support sales teams in onboarding, territory planning, and business processes.
  • Partner with Enablement to ensure teams have the tools and training needed for success.
  • Ensure the sales tech stack (Salesforce, InsightSquared, ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg, etc.) is optimized.
  • Collaborate with Internal Systems to maintain and enhance CRM and related applications.
  • Deliver accurate, actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and board-level metrics and presentation decks.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the sales process.
  • Institutionalize systems and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Drive discipline and accuracy in forecasting and funnel management.
  • Work with pricing, legal, and sales leadership to manage and automate contractual processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • 8–10 years in sales operations, sales management, or related roles.
  • 2–5 years of management experience.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Expertise in Salesforce (from data model design to reporting and analytics).
  • Proficiency in InsightSquared, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on reporting and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of overall business operations.
  • Self-directed and adaptable to fast-paced, change-driven environments.

The Opportunity

The Vice President of Sales Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales organization. This individual will lead the development and implementation of processes, tools, and metrics that enhance sales performance and productivity. The role involves close collaboration with sales leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and support teams across Ireland and the US.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead annual sales planning including forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting.

Systems & Tools Optimization

Data & Reporting

Compensation

Annual base salary gross: 215,000-240,000 plus variable USD Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees.
