• You support all phases of an M&A transaction – from identifying potential acquisition targets to contract negotiation.
• With sound financial analyses and company valuations (DCF, multiples), you enable sustainable investment decisions.
• You confidently coordinate due diligence reviews to seize opportunities and reduce risks.
• You precisely prepare presentations and decision templates so that management can make effective decisions.
• Through market analyses and deal sourcing, you identify new business opportunities early on.

What you bring:

• You have a successfully completed business administration master's degree with specializations such as Corporate Finance, Controlling, Auditing, Banking or a comparable degree.
• You use your initial experience in Corporate Finance or consulting to effectively advance projects.
• Through international study stays, you have strengthened your global perspective and expanded your understanding.
• Your interest in media and digital business models motivates you to develop innovative approaches.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit characterize you, so you actively promote collaboration.
• You combine analytical thinking with commitment to independently solve complex challenges.
• You are able to communicate complex content clearly in German and English.
