##### You as part of tonies:

As a Project Manager Variations (all genders), you will be a key member of our global product team. Working closely with various markets and licensing partners, you will develop new Tonie characters and oversee the entire product development process – from the initial idea to the product launch. In doing so, you will contribute to the strategic growth of our portfolio and help position it for international success.

##### Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• You are responsible for developing new Tonie characters from concept to production.
• You lead your own projects in close collaboration with the product design teams, local portfolio managers, and licensing partners.
• You act as the main point of contact for all development and approval processes within the Tonies development process.
• You collect and maintain product-related data, materials, and status information throughout the development cycle.
• In close communication with licensors, you track and relay feedback and changes to the internal project team.
• You ensure the portfolio plan for international markets is always up to date.

##### What we are looking for:

• Location: Candidates must be based in Düsseldorf (Germany), in London (UK) or Paris (FR).
• You have at least 2 years of experience in process and project management, ideally in the field of consumer electronics, publishing, or merchandising in a global or international environment.
• You bring strong project management skills and can coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• You have an eye for design and enjoy creative sparring with product designers.
• You possess excellent communication skills and have experience working with international stakeholders.
• Very good verbal and written English skills complete your profile, additional knowledge of German or French would be beneficial.
• Experience with Trello, Asana, and/or Zoho as well as other project management tools is a plus.
