Job Summary

As Marketing Manager DACH, you will expand tonies' brand presence in the DACH region. You will be responsible for implementing local marketing measures and localizing global campaigns across all channels. This role involves close collaboration with the global marketing team and internal DACH stakeholders to ensure all activities are brand-compliant, relevant, and impactful, covering transcreation, campaign management, project coordination, and data analysis for optimization.

Must Have

  • Transcreation and localization of global campaign content for the DACH market.
  • Planning and implementation of independent local marketing activations, cooperations, or seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordination of cross-channel campaign content (Social Media, PR, CRM, Website, Trade Marketing).
  • Management of marketing projects from briefing to implementation, including time and budget planning.
  • Coordination and management of agencies and external service providers.
  • Close collaboration with colleagues from Portfolio, E-Commerce, PR, SoMe, Influencer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Licensing & Partnerships, and the global Marketing Team.
  • Utilizing market and performance insights as well as analysis tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Ensuring all measures reflect tonies' brand values and tonality, aligning with global guidelines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communication.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, target group communication, and integrated marketing planning.
  • Experience in transcreation & localization of global campaigns and developing local marketing measures.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, KPI analysis, and digital channels.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

As Marketing Manager DACH (all genders), you will contribute to further expanding tonies' brand presence in the DACH region. You will be responsible for implementing local marketing measures and localizing global campaigns – with the goal of making the tonies brand tangible across all channels.

In this role, you will work closely with the global Marketing Team as well as internal stakeholders in DACH and ensure that all activities are implemented in a brand-compliant, relevant, and impactful manner.

Your tasks include:

  • Transcreation & Localization: You adapt global campaign content for the DACH market, ensure cultural relevance, and translate the global brand strategy into local measures.
  • Local Marketing Measures: You plan and implement independent local marketing activations, cooperations, or seasonal campaigns – always with a focus on target group relevance and brand strength.
  • Campaign Management: You coordinate cross-channel campaign content and ensure that all communication channels (e.g., Social Media, PR, CRM, Website, Trade Marketing) are supplied with the right messages and assets.
  • Project & Agency Management: You manage marketing projects from the briefing phase to implementation – including time and budget planning, as well as the coordination and management of agencies and external service providers (e.g., creative, production, or media agencies).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from Portfolio, E-Commerce, PR, SoMe, Influencer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Licensing & Partnerships, as well as the global Marketing Team, to ensure consistent communication.
  • Data & Insight Utilization: You use market and performance insights as well as analysis tools to analyze campaigns, derive learnings, and optimize future activities.
  • Brand Consistency: You ensure that all measures reflect tonies' brand values and tonality and are in line with global guidelines.

What we expect from you:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communication – ideally in an international environment or in industries such as FMCG, entertainment, or lifestyle.
  • A strong understanding of brand management, target group communication, and integrated marketing planning.
  • Experience in transcreation & localization of global campaigns as well as in developing your own local marketing measures.
  • Organizational talent, self-responsibility, and team spirit: you work structured, keep an overview, and reliably bring projects to completion.
  • You communicate clearly, creatively, and structured – and have a confident sense for brand aesthetics and tonality.
  • You are proficient in using marketing tools, KPI analysis, and digital channels.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
