We seek a Minijobber to support our team. You will handle research requests, maintain physical and digital archives, manage documents, and assist editorial teams with documentary services, including mail and online database research. The Content & Research Services of Axel Springer Ullstein Syndication GmbH offer extensive research in historical press clipping material and German press databases. In addition, we offer licensing rights to a broad photo collection, as well as other legally secure services for media clients.

What you will move with us:

• process incoming research assignments using the extensive on-site archive
• take over the careful maintenance of documents and press clippings as well as the physically demanding activities in the analog archive
• administer the systematically logical storage of the archive
• implement documentary service tasks for our in-house editorial teams and manage incoming and outgoing mail
• research in online and databases

What you bring:

• you are interested in media topics, library science, media, communication and information management or documentation
• you are technically affine and have a structured and efficient way of working

• you are familiar with MS Office
