Job Summary

Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite for iGaming brands, offering acquisition, engagement, and retention solutions. They are seeking a Content Manager to own the entire content lifecycle for their mobile product, focusing on creating diverse content from landing pages to social media, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to build their online presence.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing or content creation for SaaS, tech, or startups
  • Excellent written English, with ability to adapt tone across formats
  • Comfortable creating both short- and long-form content
  • Able to work autonomously and bring content ideas to the table, not just follow briefs
  • Experience in cross-functional environments working with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Have a growth mindset and are open to experimenting with formats (e.g. memes, carousels, micro-video scripts)

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with Web3, loyalty, gamification, or B2B SaaS

Job Description

Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features three programs that make player interactions with online casino platforms exciting right from the start.

We offer solutions on three levels:

  • Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website that lets them bet alongside their favorite streamers.
  • Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.
  • Brand equity — tokenized loyalty points turn brand affinity into a personal stake in a platform’s financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.

More than 20 iGaming brands from 18 markets are building player loyalty with Trueplay.

We’re looking for a role to take ownership of the entire content lifecycle.

Our mobile product is a platform that helps digital products retain and engage users with loyalty programs, gamified missions, and token rewards.

It is important for us that you have/are:

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing or content creation for SaaS, tech, or startups
  • Excellent written English, with ability to adapt tone across formats
  • Comfortable creating both short- and long-form content
  • Able to work autonomously and bring content ideas to the table, not just follow briefs
  • Experience in cross-functional environments working with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Have a growth mindset and are open to experimenting with formats (e.g. memes, carousels, micro-video scripts)

Nice to have: familiarity with Web3, loyalty, gamification, or B2B SaaS

You will be responsible for:

  • Writing and editing landing pages and product-related content
  • Creating short-form copy for social media, newsletters, and in-product updates
  • Developing case studies, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials
  • Repurposing long-form content into micro-content, snippets, and visual posts
  • Building our online presence through thought leadership, founder stories, and product updates
  • Coordinating with design and video freelancers when needed
  • Working closely with marketing and product teams
  • Briefing and managing external designers, video editors, and freelancers
  • Repurposing content across multiple formats and channels
