Trueplay is seeking a PR & Communications Manager to establish and enhance the product's public presence. This role involves shaping market perception, developing strategic content, and fostering relationships with media, partners, and community leaders. The manager will be responsible for PR, content strategy, thought leadership, media relations, and event communication, focusing on building brand equity and driving engagement for iGaming brands.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in PR, communications, or content roles within B2B SaaS, tech, fintech, or martech industries
  • Strong storytelling skills to translate technical features into value-driven narratives
  • Experience pitching journalists and securing coverage
  • Experience planning and managing events, webinars, campaigns, or co-branded initiatives
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset, thriving in a startup environment
  • An excellent level of written and spoken English

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with Web3, loyalty, gamification, customer engagement, or mobile growth ecosystems

PR & Communications Manager

Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features three programs that ensure player interactions with gambling platforms are exciting right from the start.

We offer solutions on three epic levels:

  • Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.
  • Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.
  • Brand equity — the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.

More than 20 iGaming brands from 18 markets are fostering player loyalty with Trueplay.

We’re looking for a PR & Communications Manager who will build the product’s public presence from the ground up, shaping how the market sees us, creating strategic content, and driving relationships with media, partners, and community leaders.

This role combines PR, content strategy, thought leadership, media relations, and event communication.

It is important for us that you have/are:

  • 2+ years of experience in PR, communications, or content roles within B2B SaaS, tech, fintech, or martech industries.
  • Strong storytelling skills: be able to translate technical features into simple value-driven narratives.
  • Experience pitching journalists and securing coverage.
  • Experience planning and managing events, webinars, campaigns, or co-branded initiatives.
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset, and thrive in a startup environment that values speed, experimentation, and high ownership.
  • An excellent level of written and spoken English.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Web3, loyalty, gamification, customer engagement, or mobile growth ecosystems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing relationships with business, tech, fintech, mobile app, and Web3 media.
  • Developing a PR pipeline: press releases, founder interviews, product announcements.
  • Pitching the product as a thought leader in loyalty, gamification, and user engagement.
  • Securing mentions in newsletters, blogs, and industry digests.
  • Managing the product’s presence in global startup directories, award listings, and rankings.
  • Supporting blog content with PR-ready angles: case studies, expert commentary, frameworks, data stories.
  • Planning and running product webinars for product managers, marketers, game studios, and fintech companies.
  • Identifying and negotiating content partnerships with marketing leaders, product experts, tech companies, and martech tools.
  • Managing the product’s organic social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, optionally Facebook, X/Twitter, and YouTube)
  • Ensuring consistent messaging across the website, pitch decks, landing pages, and social media.
