Job Description

The Product Owner will be responsible for creating and managing Trueplay's CRM solution, ensuring it meets sales and marketing needs. They will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and UX/UI designers to improve system functionality, user experience, and align the platform with business goals. Responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, working with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth integrations, defining and tracking KPIs, leading sprint planning, acting as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, and staying up to date with industry trends.
Must have:
  • 3+ years as Product Owner with CRM experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Optimove, etc.).
  • Experience in managing product roadmaps.
  • Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in API integrations and workflow automation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Technical background or familiarity with SQL, automation tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and sales enablement tools.

Job Details

Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features three programs that ensure player interactions with gambling platforms are exciting right from the start.

We offer solutions on three epic levels:

  • Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.

  • Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.

  • Brand equity — the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.


More than 20 iGaming brands from 18 markets are fostering player loyalty with Trueplay. 

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in CRM platforms or similar business systems to join our product team. In this role, the PO will be responsible for creating and managing our CRM solution, ensuring it meets our sales needs, and marketing. They will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and UX/UI designers to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and align the platform with business goals.

It is important for us that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager, preferably working with CRM, ERP, or business automation platforms

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Optimove, Smartico, Fast Track, Solitics, Leeloo.ai, Customer.io, etc.)

  • Experience in managing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and prioritizing features based on business impact

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and work effectively with development teams

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-backed decision-making

  • Experience in API integrations and workflow automation within CRM systems

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across different departments

  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or other product management tools

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation projects

  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to CRM and customer data

  • Technical background or familiarity with SQL, automation tools, or CRM customization

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and sales enablement tools that integrate with CRMs

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning and managing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and business needs

  • Prioritizing and refining backlog, defining clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success) to gather requirements and implement product improvements

  • Ensuring the product integrates smoothly with third-party tools, internal business platforms, and other enterprise solutions

  • Defining and tracking product KPIs, analyzing data to drive feature adoption, user engagement, and system efficiency

  • Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring development efforts are focused and efficient

  • Acting as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements

  • Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor solutions, identifying ways to enhance the platform

  • Working with UX/UI designers to enhance CRM usability, ensuring an intuitive experience for all users
