Binance is seeking a Product Operation professional to optimize digital products within the leading global blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities include establishing data monitoring systems, analyzing conversion funnels, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates. The role involves developing user behavior models, conducting A/B testing, producing data reports with actionable insights, and designing conversion strategies for key user flows. Additionally, the position requires optimizing user touchpoints through various channels, planning incentive campaigns, supporting marketing strategy deployment, and managing existing product features through iterative improvements. A key aspect is establishing user feedback loops, documenting operational processes, and identifying pain points to implement solutions via operational strategies.
Must have:
- 4+ years in digital product operations
- Experience in conversion rate optimization
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in user research methods
- Product design skills
- Familiar with product development lifecycle
- MRD/PRD documentation capability
- Experience designing incentive campaigns
- Ability to build behavioral models
- Process optimization experience
- Strong A/B testing methodology

Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Product Optimization
- Establish comprehensive data monitoring systems for core metrics (user journeys, conversion funnels, engagement)
- Analyze product flow conversion data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
- Develop user behavior models and conversion funnel monitoring systems for key paths (registration to transaction)
- Conduct A/B testing and data iteration to drive continuous improvement
- Produce regular data reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Design and implement conversion strategies for core user flows (registration, KYC, deposit, trading)
- Optimize user touchpoints across channels (in-app content, push notifications, AI+ SMS tools)
- Plan and execute incentive campaigns to boost user activation and retention
- Support marketing strategy deployment and performance analysis
- Streamline marketing tools and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Manage and optimize existing product features through iterative improvements
- Establish user feedback loops integrating customer service, reviews, and research data
- Document operational processes (MRD writing) and improve workflows
- Identify pain points through business analysis and implement solutions via operational strategies
- Participate in departmental process optimization and mechanism iteration
Requirements:
- 4+ years in digital product operations (crypto/Web3 experience preferred)
- Educational background in Business Analytics, CS or related fields
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and user flow design
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in user research methods and data analysis
- Product design skills with innovative problem-solving ability
- Familiar with complete product development lifecycle
