Job Summary
Hypercell Games is a mobile game studio behind popular hybrid-casual and puzzle titles. We are seeking a Lead User Acquisition Manager to own the UA strategy, lead a team, and drive performance across our games. This role involves managing large advertising budgets, optimizing key metrics like CPI, ROAS, and LTV, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale successful channels and test new traffic sources for our F2P puzzle games.
Must Have
- Develop and execute UA strategy in line with business goals
- Manage large advertising budgets ($1–2M+ per month)
- Set KPIs for the UA team and oversee their achievement
- Mentor and develop UA specialists
- Hands-on campaign management when needed
- Optimize key metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention
- Scale successful channels and test new traffic sources
- Work with attribution and traffic analytics (SKAdNetwork, MMP)
- Apply predictive LTV / ROAS models in decision-making
- Build creative strategy together with the creative team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BI, and Marketing
- Communicate with platforms and external partners
- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition
- 1–2+ years in a Lead UAM or Head of UA role
- Experience managing a UA team (hiring, development, prioritization)
- Hands-on experience managing budgets of $1–2M+ per month
- Strong practical experience with Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, and rewarded networks
- Deep understanding of attribution and traffic analytics
- Experience with IAP monetization and F2P economics
- Ability to work with LTV / ROAS models
- Strong communication skills
- English proficiency sufficient for working with international partners

- Experience in puzzle / casual games or projects with long-term ROI
- Practical understanding of data science / ML concepts
- Participation in building and evolving creative strategies
- Experience working with agencies and external vendors
- Experience scaling a UA department
