Job Summary

Hypercell Games is a mobile game studio behind popular hybrid-casual and puzzle titles. We are seeking a Lead User Acquisition Manager to own the UA strategy, lead a team, and drive performance across our games. This role involves managing large advertising budgets, optimizing key metrics like CPI, ROAS, and LTV, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale successful channels and test new traffic sources for our F2P puzzle games.

Must Have

  • Develop and execute UA strategy in line with business goals
  • Manage large advertising budgets ($1–2M+ per month)
  • Set KPIs for the UA team and oversee their achievement
  • Mentor and develop UA specialists
  • Hands-on campaign management when needed
  • Optimize key metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention
  • Scale successful channels and test new traffic sources
  • Work with attribution and traffic analytics (SKAdNetwork, MMP)
  • Apply predictive LTV / ROAS models in decision-making
  • Build creative strategy together with the creative team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BI, and Marketing
  • Communicate with platforms and external partners
  • 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition
  • 1–2+ years in a Lead UAM or Head of UA role
  • Experience managing a UA team (hiring, development, prioritization)
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets of $1–2M+ per month
  • Strong practical experience with Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, and rewarded networks
  • Deep understanding of attribution and traffic analytics
  • Experience with IAP monetization and F2P economics
  • Ability to work with LTV / ROAS models
  • Strong communication skills
  • English proficiency sufficient for working with international partners

  • Experience in puzzle / casual games or projects with long-term ROI
  • Practical understanding of data science / ML concepts
  • Participation in building and evolving creative strategies

As we continue to expand our puzzle portfolio, we’re looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of UA strategy, team leadership, and performance across our titles.
