As part of the Programmatic Strategy & Development team, you will work closely with colleagues from Yield, Data, Product, Tech, and Sales. What you will move with us:
- You will develop future-oriented programmatic strategies to secure our digital growth in the long term.
- Manage the optimization of the sell-side setup and thus increase the efficiency of our programmatic revenues.
- Analyze international market trends and derive innovative marketing models from them.
- Build partnerships with technology providers and data platforms to create new revenue opportunities.
- You will be responsible for the further development of our data and curation strategies so that we remain technologically leading.
- Set KPIs and roadmaps to measurably increase revenue potential.
- Work closely with Yield, Sales, and Product to successfully implement programmatic strategies.
What you bring:
- You have a completed degree in economics, marketing, media, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring at least eight years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or the adtech environment.
- In the past, you have already gained experience in building partnerships with technology and data providers.
- You profitably apply your profound know-how in SSP, DSP, DMP, and CMP technologies as well as in floor-price and yield strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, combined with a hands-on mentality and team spirit, complete your profile.
- Pronounced communication and management skills across various stakeholders will help you in your daily work.
- You have very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
