What you will move with us:
- Advising on antitrust and regulatory issues in a national and international context, especially in connection with digital business models, platform regulation (Digital Markets Act), and strategic cooperations in the media sector.
- Supporting M&A transactions with regard to merger control law, media and investment control law, and other antitrust risks.
- Assisting in proceedings before the EU Commission, national competition authorities, and other regulatory authorities.
- Antitrust evaluation of contracts, especially in the areas of marketing, technology, and content.
- Supporting antitrust damages proceedings.
- Monitoring and supporting legislative developments at the intersection of AI and competition law.
What you bring:
- Fully qualified lawyer with at least two years of relevant professional experience in antitrust law in an international law firm or company.
- Sound knowledge of German and European antitrust law.
- Analytical thinking, high sense of responsibility, and a strong understanding of economic contexts.
- Very good German and business-fluent English skills.
- Team spirit, pragmatism, and enthusiasm for digital markets.
