As part of our central IT and security department, you will ensure that information security is actively practiced. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to continuously enhance our security architecture and safeguard digital products. This role involves developing policies, building incident response processes, leading InfoSec projects, and supporting risk assessments. What you will be doing:

  • Develop policies and standards to strengthen our information security
  • Build processes for Incident Response and Disaster Recovery to ensure stability
  • Lead InfoSec projects such as awareness training or penetration tests for more security awareness
  • Support IT risk assessments and monitor risk treatment plans in the risk register
  • Strengthen IT vendor management by evaluating customer and partner requirements
  • Accompany internal and external audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

What you bring:

  • Completed degree in IT security, computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Sound experience in information security, ideally with certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in digital or media environments
  • Deep understanding of industry standards and a "hacker mindset" for creative security solutions
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Proficient in working with agile teams
