Job Description

idealo is seeking a (Senior) CRM Manager for Retention & Winback to join their team in Berlin. This role involves developing and implementing churn prevention and winback strategies across 6 countries, focusing on increasing customer lifetime value (CLV) and brand loyalty. The manager will analyze customer cohorts, execute trigger-based campaigns via email and app push, and continuously optimize offers and messages. The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for CRM, email, and mobile marketing, a relevant degree, and several years of experience in CRM or app marketing, ideally in e-commerce. Proficiency in CRM campaign tools, tracking, and analytical skills are essential, along with very good English.

Must Have:
  • Develop and implement churn prevention and winback journeys for at-risk or inactive customers in 6 countries.
  • Conceive and implement retention programs with the goal of increasing CLV.
  • Analyze cohorts with high churn or loyalty potential and derive targeted measures.
  • Conduct trigger-based campaigns (E-Mail, App Push) for reactivation and retention.
  • Continuously test and optimize incentives, offers, and messages for at-risk customers.
  • Create reports and recommendations for management to increase customer value and brand loyalty.
  • Responsible for monitoring and continuous optimization of relevant KPIs.
  • Strong affinity for CRM, E-Mail, and Mobile Marketing.
  • Understanding of CRM campaign processes and mobile communication.
  • Completed degree in Business Administration or comparable field with a focus on Marketing/Media Management.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in CRM or App Marketing.
  • Profound knowledge of common CRM campaign tools.
  • Experience with tracking and analysis tools.
  • Confident handling of data and key figures.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, creativity, trend awareness, and communication skills.
  • Very good English skills.
