The Compliance Team plays an extremely crucial role in ensuring the transparency and fairness of management. This time, we are recruiting core members who will proactively address increasingly complex and sophisticated compliance issues and promote the organization's self-purification.
Job Description
As a member of the Compliance Team, you will be primarily responsible for the following specialized tasks:
Specific Duties
- Responding to Internal Reports and Misconduct Cases (Primary Responsibility):
- Establish a system by revising internal regulations and reviewing operational processes, taking into account trends such as revisions to the Whistleblower Protection Act.
- Lead the reception, initial investigation, and fact-finding for various compliance cases, including public interest reports.
- Plan and execute interviews with relevant parties, and organize issues based on objective facts.
- Work closely and coordinate with internal departments such as HR and Internal Audit to smoothly advance investigations.
- Support the formulation of recurrence prevention measures based on investigation results.
- Planning and Implementation Support for Compliance Training:
- Support the planning and creation of training content based on the latest cases and legal revisions.
Qualifications
Required
- Practical experience (approx. 5 years or more) in fraud investigation and internal reporting within a company's legal, compliance, or internal audit department, or at an auditing firm/consulting firm.
- Deep knowledge of compliance-related laws, including the Whistleblower Protection Act.
- Experience proactively conducting interviews with stakeholders and establishing facts.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills to adjust interests and elicit cooperation in complex cases involving multiple departments.
Welcome
- Experience in designing and establishing compliance and internal reporting systems within a company.
- Relevant qualifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
- Knowledge of forensic investigations.
- Experience in creating reports for management.
- Practical experience in the IT/entertainment industry.

- Monthly salary system.
- Includes equivalent of 45 hours of overtime pay. Overtime exceeding this will be paid.
- Salary revision: twice a year (February, August).
- Determined according to company regulations based on experience, performance, ability, and contribution.
- Bonus: twice a year (February, August). Determined by company performance, individual performance, etc.
- Probationary period: Yes (3 months).

Work Style

Scope of Change in Duties to be Performed
Duties designated by the company.
Criteria for Renewing a Fixed-Term Labor Contract (including limits on total contract period or number of renewals)
- Renewal may be carried out after the company notifies the employee in advance and obtains the employee's consent, but automatic renewal will not occur.
- Furthermore, the presence or absence of renewal will be judged considering the following circumstances:
(1) Company's business situation
(2) Presence or absence of changes in job content or contract conditions
(3) Work performance, attitude, or attendance during the contract period
(4) Ability to perform duties, or work efficiency
(5) Progress of duties
(6) Presence or absence of changes in workload, or workload at the end of the contract period
(7) Compliance with company regulations, including work rules
(8) Presence or absence of other circumstances equivalent to the above items
- The period of the employment contract shall, in principle, not exceed one year, and even if renewed, the total employment period from the initial contract signing shall not exceed four years.
