The GREE Group's investment business is advancing "startup investments," which involve direct investment in startup companies, as well as "fund investments," which involve investing in VC funds in Japan and North America. The scale of this business is one of the largest among Japanese operating companies.
We are looking for individuals who can approach management and business with a high perspective and flexible attitude, aiming for the sustainable growth of the GREE Group's investment business.
This position will lead mid-term management plans (3-5 years), annual budgets, management accounting, performance management, reporting for management meetings, business process development, and risk management as the "core of management planning" for the investment business spanning Japan and the United States.

■ Monthly salary system

Currently, our company employs a work style that combines remote work and office attendance.

Duties designated by the company

(8) Other circumstances equivalent to the above items
・The period of the employment contract shall, in principle, not exceed one year, and even if renewed, the total employment period from the initial contract date shall not exceed four years.
