Job Summary
This position is for a Manager Candidate in Corporate Planning, focusing on Group Risk Management and Subsidiary Management. Following the transition to a holding company structure in January 2025, a new organization has been established to strengthen consulting and monitoring functions. The role involves building and operating the group's risk management system and providing consulting and monitoring for subsidiary management, including business process improvements. This role directly contributes to strengthening corporate governance and achieving sustainable growth for the GREE Group.
Must Have
- Overall management and execution of the establishment and operation of the group's risk management system
- Consulting and monitoring related to subsidiary management operations (including business process re-engineering (BPR) and other operational improvements, not limited to risk management)
- At least 3 years of experience in planning-related work at a business company (e.g., corporate planning, business planning, management control) or practical experience at a consulting firm
- High-level documentation skills
- Desire to tackle a wide variety of problem-solving challenges
Good to Have
- Experience in the entertainment or internet industry
- Experience in subsidiary management or group risk management at a holding company or conglomerate
- Knowledge of corporate governance codes and compliance

We are looking for individuals who can work with management to identify and solve issues to strengthen the GREE Group's corporate governance and achieve sustainable growth.
Main Job Responsibilities

- Overall management and execution of the establishment and operation of the group's risk management system.
- Consulting and monitoring related to subsidiary management operations (including business process re-engineering (BPR) and other operational improvements, not limited to risk management).
