Job Summary
As part of the U.S. tax team, you will obtain exposure to global clients and work with teams across different jurisdictions. You will assist the team to prepare tax returns and other tax deliverables including tax estimates and tax provisions. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the Fund industry through working closely with clients and fund administrators, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Minimum 1 year in Private Equity
- Prepare and review Federal and State tax returns
- Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations
- Learn and prepare the required workpapers and processes independently
- Use of GoSystem, CCH and other tools
- Work with fund administrator and client
- Self-motivated and a team player
Good to Have
- 1-3 years of experience in tax compliance or related area is a plus

What You Will Get To Do:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Federal and State tax returns;
- Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations
- Gain US tax technical through technical trainings and on the job training;
- Learn and prepare the required workpapers and processes independently;
- Use of GoSystem, CCH and other tools to complete the required tax deliverables;
- Work with fund administrator and client;
- Self-motivated and a team player
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- 1-3 years of experience in tax compliance or related area is a plus;
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Minimum 1 year in Private Equity
