Job Description

Within Mattel France's Commercial department, you will work closely with the Commercial Management, Key Accounts team, and Marketing Department during a 6-month internship as soon as possible. Your main missions will include: analysis and monitoring of commercial performance (sales tracking, weekly reporting, competitive intelligence, market share analysis), operational support for key accounts (assortment updates, in-store operations, promotional plans), administrative management (product reference creation and tracking, client database management), and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Trade marketing, Supply chain, and finance teams.
Must Have:
  • Analyze and monitor commercial performance: sales tracking, weekly reporting, competitive intelligence, market share analysis.
  • Operational support for key accounts: updating assortments and monitoring in-store operations and promotional plans.
  • Administrative management: creation and tracking of product references, management of client databases.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with Marketing, Trade marketing, Supply chain, and finance teams.
  • Commercial or management background (ESC 2nd year, commercial license, Masters…)
  • Very good business approach

The Opportunity:

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Analysis and monitoring of commercial performance: sales tracking, weekly reporting, competitive intelligence, market share analysis.
  • Operational support for key accounts: updating assortments and monitoring in-store operations and promotional plans.
  • Administrative management: creation and tracking of product references, management of client databases.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with the Marketing, Trade marketing, Supply chain, and finance teams to ensure the proper execution of commercial plans.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Commercial or management background (ESC 2nd year, commercial license, Masters…)

Very good business approach - Excellent interpersonal skills – Curious - Autonomous - Adaptability in a challenging environment.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

Duration and period: 6 months - ASAP

Gratification: 1500€ gross per month

Additional benefits:

Restaurant vouchers: 9.45€

50% monthly reimbursement of public transport pass

Location: Bagneux, south of Paris, accessible by Line 4 or RER B - near Porte d'Orléans (14th arrondissement)
