Intern (w/m/d) Seller Community - Project Management

(starting immediately, for at least 6 months, full time, hybrid work model, currently enrolled at university)

You will be part of the "Seller Engagement" team in Dreilinden, where the focus is on exciting projects and programs related to commercial selling and the presence of brands on eBay. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and growth in an important area: the Seller and Brand Community. This involves communication and marketing campaigns and building a community of sellers and brands for eBay in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• You will work independently with cross-functional teams within the German and global eBay team and support holistic project implementations and communication, from start to project completion.
• Support the conception and planning of social media management in collaboration with agencies as part of a holistic channel strategy.
• Support in campaign management, content planning and publication for various topics of the B2B social media channels (Podcast, META, YouTube, eBay Community and Seller Portal).
• Creation of content in text and image form for social media.
• Creation of weekly reports, e.g., on marketing campaigns, channels, and seller insights.
• Proactive research for trends and topics for social media.

Qualifications:

• Excellent academic performance (Bachelor/Master), preferably in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, etc.
• Good understanding of Marketing, E-commerce, and Project Management.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to lead a project across teams, as well as excellent written and oral presentation skills and active documentation of activities and results.
• Analytical skills: Meta Insights and the ability to communicate analyses are an advantage.
• Fluent German and very good English skills in spoken & written (at least C1 level).
• Knowledge of Monday, Figma, and PowerPoint is a plus.
