Cadence is looking for an Intern software R&D engineer for Spectre FX Simulator, a next-generation FastSPICE circuit simulator. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining software for transistor-level electrical circuit simulation, utilizing advanced math, computer science, graph theory, and machine learning to transform design concepts into reality. The intern will contribute to efficient verification of memory and large-scale system-on-chip (SoC) designs.
Must Have
- BS in electrical engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, or a similar field
- Strong C++ development skills and experiences with large scale programming projects
- Passionate to learn and explore new technologies
- Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills
