Internal Orders Procurement Ops Analyst

Job Summary
This role is responsible of validating internal requisitions for HP equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and order fulfillment. The team member is also responsible of assisting users regarding the P360 process for ordering HP equipment. This includes the P360 Ariba interface but also support related to the order tracking process until order delivery. The team member could also support the Catalog set up activities in P360 and HP2B.


Responsibilities

  • Reviews and approves HP equipment requisitions in P360 to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and order fulfillment
  • Supports SNOW tickets to provide assistance to users regarding the P360 process for ordering HP equipment but also other non P360 questions related to the order status
  • Liaises with other teams within Supply Chain to resolve order fulfillment issues
  • Supports P360 Catalog management activity, including products set up and testing activities to provide inputs to senior stakeholders for assessing and improving the procurement processes
  • Works with senior members of the strategic procurement team in an observer capacity to learn the use of function-specific tools and systems.
  •  Conducts data analysis to track procurement performance metrics, reviews them on a regular basis, and leverages insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  •  Measures and reports internal results for strategic procurement projects, to ensure that strategies are delivered across the organization.
  • Maintains accurate procurement records and documentation, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
