Job Description

Louis Dreyfus Company is a leading merchant and processor of agricultural goods, active in over 100 countries with approximately 18,000 employees. This role involves managing Intercompany Prepayment processes, overseeing SiMoDis, coordinating overseas dispatch of samples, and preparing customs documentation for exports. The position requires ensuring compliance with export regulations, monitoring payment status, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for smooth transaction execution.
Must have:
  • Manage Intercompany (Interco) Prepayment processes.
  • Oversee SiMoDis (payment monitoring system regulated by Bank Indonesia).
  • Coordinate overseas dispatch of PE/Non-PE samples.
  • Prepare and manage customs documentation for exports from company refineries.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade requirements.
  • Monitor payment status and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support audits and provide required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of export documentation and payment transactions.
  • Provide periodic reporting to management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (or marine transportation/export custom).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in handling international trade execution processes.
  • Familiarity with export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
  • Experience coordinating with banks, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities.
  • Background in managing overseas dispatches and sample shipments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exposure to payment monitoring systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

  • Experience preferably within the palm oil industry or related commodities

Job Description

Qualifications

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in any field (or undergraduate focusing on marine transportation or export custom)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the palm oil industry or related commodities.
  • Proven track record in handling international trade execution processes.
  • Familiarity with export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
  • Experience coordinating with banks, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities.
  • Background in managing overseas dispatches and sample shipments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); pivot table mastery is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to payment monitoring systems (preferably SiMoDis).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
