Job Description

This Sr. Sales Engineer role involves visiting and maintaining customer relationships, understanding market dynamics, and increasing product market share. Responsibilities include collecting market information, providing R&D suggestions, and formulating strategies. The role requires developing long-term customer management plans, following up on sales targets, and managing new projects. Candidates will also communicate across departments to handle complaints, maintain sales tools like Salesforce, and cooperate with finance on customer payments. The position is based in Guangzhou, China.
Must have:

  • Collect market information, provide R&D suggestions, formulate strategies, and assist in implementation.
  • Develop medium and long-term customer management plans, enhance long-term stickiness, and achieve synergistic growth.
  • Understand company strategy, follow up on customer completion, analyze orders, and achieve sales targets.
  • Focus on new projects of key customers, provide internal feedback, follow up on new product development.
  • Communicate closely across departments, handle customer complaints and product usage feedback.
  • Update and maintain sales tools like Salesforce to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Cooperate with finance and credit control to follow up on customer payments and provide credit lines.
Good to have:
  • Cantonese speaker preferred
  • Good English speaking skills preferred

  • Develop medium and long-term customer management plans, combine customer business development to enhance long-term stickiness, and achieve synergistic growth.
  • Understand company strategy, follow up on customer completion based on sales targets, help customers analyze and grasp orders, and achieve sales indicators.
  • Pay attention to new projects of key customers, provide timely internal feedback, follow up on new product development, achieve common growth, and help expand new areas.
  • Communicate closely across departments, follow up on customer complaints and end-product usage feedback.
  • Update and maintain sales tools such as Salesforce to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Cooperate with finance and credit control to follow up on customer payments and provide credit lines based on customer conditions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the chemical materials/printing industry; Cantonese speaker preferred, good English speaking skills preferred.
  • Clear goals, good at expression, enterprising, clear sales ideas, and good service awareness.
  • Has a driver's license and requires a vehicle to visit customers.
