This is an internship opportunity in the HR Department. The intern will assist in activities related to time cards, overtime, bank of hours, medical certificates, and employee support. They will also assist in the admission and dismissal processes, reporting, and monthly benefit payments. Responsibilities include assisting with time card processing, issuing TUPI for benefit payments, assisting with the time clock system, supporting employees, and assisting in the admission and dismissal processes. The role involves developing reports and contributing to various HR tasks within the department.

Must have:

Currently pursuing higher education.
Basic English proficiency.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Sumário

Auxiliar o Departamento Pessoal nas atividades de Cartão Ponto, Hora extras, Banco de Horas, Atestados médicos, atendimento aos colaboradores, auxiliar no processo de admissão, demissão, reporte da área e auxilio em pagamentos de beneficios mensais.

Principais Responsabilidades

Auxiliar no processo de Cartão Ponto, lançar atestados e abonos diversos;
Emissão de TUPI para pagamento dos benefícios, entre outros;
Auxiliar no sistema e equipamentos de Relógio Ponto: Cadastrar e verificar constantemente garantindo o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos;
Auxiliar no atendimento aos colaboradores, auxílio na distribuição de cartão ponto mensalmente e retorno as solicitações dos colaboradores;
Auxiliar nos Processos de Admissão e Demissão: suporte a produção e coleta de assinatura dos documentos demissionais obrigatórios de acordo com os respectivos check list e auxiliar na produção de toda a documentação legal necessária;
Desenvolvimento de relatórios.

Qualificações

Cursando Ensino Superior.
Inglês Básico.
Conhecimento intermediário em Excel.
