Job Summary

Job Description

As an intern, you will actively contribute to the construction and updating of production schedules, supporting the analysis of capacity, demand, and performance data. You will identify improvement opportunities in processes, support the preparation of reports and collaborate on initiatives to increase plant productivity. You will participate in planning meetings and monitor key indicators to ensure projects align with the organization's strategic goals. You will be part of a strategic Production Planning and Control team collaborating directly with experienced professionals in the areas of Manufacturing, Materials, Programs, and Services. You will work under the mentorship of the PCP Manager, who leads initiatives to align productive capacity and demand, promoting integration between different areas of the organization. This will provide a broad view of industrial processes and a unique opportunity for practical learning in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Must have:
  • Currently taking Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering or related courses
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Good communication skills

Você fará parte de uma equipe estratégica de Planejamento e Controle de Produção, colaborando diretamente com profissionais experientes das áreas de Manufatura, Materiais, Programas e Serviços. Atuará sob a mentoria do Gerente de PCP, que lidera iniciativas de alinhamento entre capacidade produtiva e demanda, promovendo integração entre diferentes áreas da organização. Essa convivência proporcionará uma visão ampla dos processos industriais e uma oportunidade única de aprendizado prático em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo.

Como estagiário(a), você contribuirá ativamente para a construção e atualização de cronogramas de produção, apoiando a análise de dados de capacidade, demanda e desempenho. Seu olhar atento e sua curiosidade serão essenciais para identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e colaborar com iniciativas que visam aumentar a produtividade da planta. Ao participar de reuniões de planejamento e acompanhar indicadores-chave, você ajudará a garantir que os projetos estejam alinhados com as metas estratégicas da organização.

  • Cursando Administração, Logística, Engenharia de Produção e áreas afins.
  • Excel avançado.
  • Inglês intermediário.
  • Habilidades em comunicação.

 

Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Elaborar cronogramas semanais, mensais e anuais.
  • Controlar carteiras de produção de todos os clientes.
  • Controlar produtividade de fábrica.
  • Garantir a acuracidade da demanda sistêmica.
  • Gerar reports de entregas e indicadores.
  • Controlar demandas previstas em budget.
